Entomotoxicity assay of two Nanoparticle Materials 1-(Al2O3and TiO2) Against Sitophilus oryzae Under Laboratory and Store Conditions in Egypt

Abstract
Two nano materials Alaminium oxide Al2O3 and Titanium dioxide (TiO2) , were tested against rice weevil Sitophilus oryzae (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) under laboratory and store conditions. Results showed that Nano Al2O3 were found to be highly effective against S. oryzae and nano TiO2 has lower moderately effective against Sitophilus oryzae. Under laboratory conditions, the number of mortality of S. oryzae were significantly increased to 41.4±4.4, 47.8±5.8 and 50.6±3.6 individuals after treated with 3% of TiO2 after 7, 21and 45 days, as compared to 1.0 ± 2.8, 2.0 ± 5.1 and3.0 ± 3.4, respectively in the control.The effect of nanoparticles A2lO3 and TiO2 under store conditions the results showed that the nanoparticles significantly increased the number of mortality reached to 67.3 ±1.4 after 45 days of storage as compared to 3.8 ±3.8 individuals in the control . Accumulative mortality (%) of S. oryzae beetles increased gradually by increasing the period of exposure in case of treated foam with different tested nanoparticles Al2O3 and TiO2 Al2O3 had the highest cumulative mortality (73.3%) followed by TiO2reached to (59.7 %)after seven days.

Abstract
Tourism as a modern service industry is considered as a tool for communicating with various nations and also for world‘s people acquaintance with each other. So In Iran due to its rich historical and cultural assets and numerous natural attractions, it should be noted more than the past and also should consider it as an appropriate lever for the beauty transmission of Iran's valuable historical and spiritual heritage. Therefore advertising has been considered as a useful mean of tourism development because successful promotion of cultural and tourism values would be very effective for today‘s world which is thirsty more than any other period for familiarity with our society‘s historical, natural, cultural and spiritual attractions. Since tourism counted as a part of economic production‘s structure and tourism development and advertising are closely tied together, advertising can have a major role in developing production, income and employment, so pay special attention to those can be led to success in international competition of tourism and marketing. This article was done in order to examine and identify the impact of media and appropriate promotional tools used in the tourism industry. Results of the study show that promotional tool was an influenced tool to attract international tourists so that the most influenced tools were the tools of guide books, online advertising, television, brochures and newspaper.

Investigation of Effective Parameters on the Electro Explosive Fuses Operation

Abstract
Different parameters are effective on Electro Explosive Fuses (EFF) operation. Because of these fuses applications in high voltage generators, their recognition and investigation are of great importance. In this paper, firstly, related equations of fuse length and cross sectional area in various parts are completely presented. Then, these fuses behavior is modeled in PSpice using obtained equations. Electrical conduction model is used for modeling. After that, to evaluate efficiency of presented model, it is simulated and the effects of different parameters such as fuse length, cross sectional area and pulse generator circuit parameters are investigated. Finally, results obtained from modeling and simulations prove the importance of these parameters effects on the EEF operation.

Application of Active Power Filters to compensate reactive power

Abstract
Active power filters (APFs) play an important role in elimination of power system harmonics. According to these structures, they can be used to compensate of network reactive power. In this paper, reactive power compensation along with removing of network harmonics by APF has been studied. For this purpose, an active power filter has been simulated using hysteresis current control (HCC) method in the PSIM software. Simulations have been accomplished for different operation modes such as harmonics elimination, reactive power compensation and instantaneously harmonics elimination along with reactive power compensation. Obtained results have shown that by a suitable planning of APFs can be used their capabilities in the reactive power compensation application.

Islamic Management practices in Islamic Life Insurance Companies of Bangladesh

Abstract
Islamic management is a new organizational approach in the world today. This approach is different from the traditional management system by its concept, ideas, philosophies and application. The target of Islamic Management is not only to gain economic development but also social harmony, material will being and spiritual refinement. Insurance is an established business idea to the people of Bangladesh. In 2000 Shariah based life insurance business was introduced in the country. The main objective of the study is to analyze the Islamic management practice in the Islamic life insurance companies of Bangladesh. The study examines the managers‟ opinions on Islamic management practices in Islamic life insurance companies. Primary data were collected from 30 managers by using a structured questionnaire in this study. The research shows that most of the employees of this sector are interested to follow the Islamic management. The respondents give their positive opinions regarding various aspects of this management system. They feel that Islamic management maintain legal strategies, lawful objectives, participative and consultative process, meaningful responsibility, proper motivation and reward according to accomplishment. The study find that respondents are not satisfied their management system, must agreed in practices Islamic Management in their company. There are some common reasons- rules and regulations, lack of education on Islamic management, lack of cooperation among Islamic organizations, shortage of skilled and trained manpower and absence of efficient research works are considered as the constraints of practicing Islamic Management in Islamic insurance companies. There are some recommendations, such as Islamization of knowledge, cooperation among Islamic financial organizations, build up Islamic management based organizations, efficient research activities; positive media role and legal supports may be considered for the successful applications of Islamic Management system in this regard. Finally, if the Islamic insurance companies of Bangladesh adopt the ethics and principles of Islam that will be Islamic management and success will be obligatory as Allah promises in the Quran.
